We encourage feedback from our grantees. All grant recipients are required to report back on the delivery and expenditure of their grant. This is not only to monitor progress but also to help us learn from the delivery of our grants so that we can make changes to our grant making where appropriate and ensure our funding best meets the needs of the organisations and beneficiaries we support.
Expected Key Achievements
All organisations in receipt of a Triangle Trust Grant are required to report on the delivery and expenditure of the grant against a set of Expected Key Achievements. These are the key targets or milestones that you expect to achieve based on the business plan detailed in your application and form part of your contract with us. Grant payments will be made in line with the successful completion of the Expected Key Achievements.
We aim to keep reporting requirements to a minimum and expect you to only report on the delivery of our grant in a way that will help your organisation, and us, learn about what works.
The frequency of progress reports is usually determined by the type of development you plan to undertake with the grant. The reporting timetable will be set out in your contract letter. You will be sent a report template and a copy of your Expected Key Achievements document one month before your organisation is due to submit its report. The Triangle Trust may need to request further information to clarify points raised in the report. Grant payments are made on the completion of a satisfactory report as set out in the payment schedule in your contract. If the progress report is submitted late, then the grant payment will be made late.
